Natrad Dalby: 2018 National Franchise Winner Spotlight

In August 2018, over 50 Natrad stores from around Australia met for their annual National Conference and Awards evening. Here the highest performing Natrad workshops in Australia are recognised for success and excellence across a range of criteria including shop and staff presentation, marketing, sales and service.

This year’s Conference was held in Hong Kong, at the prestigious Cordis Hotel and was attended by workshop owners and operators from all across Australia and New Zealand.

This year 4 out of 5 State winners for Natrad Franchise of the Year were Heavy Duty Cooling stores. Natrad HDS Dalby, located in the Darling Downs region of Queensland was the State winner for Queensland, and went on to win the National Franchise of the Year award.

State winners for 2018 are Natrad Kalgoorlie (WA), Natrad Albury-Wodonga (VIC), Natrad Granville (NSW) and Natrad Wingfield (SA).

Natrad Dalby (Dalby Radiator Works) owners Robert and Karen Stewart joined the Natrad Franchise group in 2014 and have owned and operated their business for 24 years. Natrad Dalby is a Natrad Radiators and Auto Air workshop as well as a Natrad Heavy Duty Cooling so they are well equipped to handle very large industrial cooling repairs.

“We were delighted when Natrad Dalby joined the Franchise back in 2014. To have them crowned our National Franchise of the Year just 4 years later is an outstanding achievement” said National Franchise Manager, Roy Lapedota. “Robert and Karen go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service”.

There are 15 Natrad Heavy Duty Cooling stores located across the country and all are equipped to handle very large cooling repairs for on-highway and off-highway heavy vehicles, mining, construction and agriculture. These stores also have the product range and expertise to provide cooling repairs for passenger cars and 4WDs.
