EGR cooler and intercooler core parts play a vital role in cooling down your vehicle’s engine. EGR valves regulate exhaust emissions coming. Intercooler cores are designed to reduce the temperature of hot air before it reaches your engine’s combustion chamber.
Roll up to your nearest Natrad location and have a cooling system specialist analyse your vehicle’s cooling system and install new replacement parts.

What are the signs that my EGR cooler is bad or faulty?
A blocked or leaking EGR cooler can cause engine overheating. White smoke from the exhaust, loss of coolant, and the check engine light coming on are all common signs to look out for.
How long do EGR coolers usually last for before they need replacing?
The service life of the EGR Cooler may vary depending on driving conditions. Most diesel engines benefit from longer driving at highway speeds when the exhaust heats up enough to help burn away soot and deposits.
Can driving with a faulty EGR cooler damage my engine?
Yes it can. If coolant is being lost, the engine and transmission may overheat which can cause damage.
Does a larger intercooler work better?
A larger intercooler can provide more cooling performance which is beneficial. However, it may not increase engine power noticeably unless the engine tune has been adjusted to take advantage of this.
Are aftermarket EGR coolers and intercoolers better than OE units?
The aftermarket EGR coolers and intercoolers supplied by Natrad are designed to meet or exceed the OE specifications. This means they can be expected to perform as well or better than OE parts.
