Natrad AutoCare Browns Plains is a locally owned automotive workshop based in Browns Plains. The workshop has served the local community for more than 30 years and is now owned and operated by John Collaguazo, an Automotive Mechanical Engineer. John leads a skilled team committed to providing professional workmanship, honest advice and outstanding customer service.
We provide complete vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs for passenger vehicles, European vehicles, diesel vehicles, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and business fleets. Our services include logbook and general servicing, cooling-system and radiator repairs, brakes and clutches, steering and suspension, engine diagnostics and repairs, automatic transmission servicing and flushing, hybrid vehicle servicing, roadworthy inspections and pre-purchase inspections.
Our workshop combines dealer-level technical expertise with the personal attention of an independent local business. We use modern diagnostic equipment and digital vehicle inspections through AutoOptix, providing customers with videos, photographs and clear recommendations before additional repairs are authorised. Our goal is to make vehicle maintenance transparent, straightforward and convenient.

Our workshop team includes qualified light-vehicle automotive technicians, experienced diagnostic technicians and an apprentice completing nationally recognised automotive trade qualifications. We also invest in ongoing technical training to keep pace with modern vehicle systems, diagnostic technology, hybrid vehicles and evolving repair methods.
