  • What do the switches and sensors in my car do?

    Switches in your car will close an electrical circuit to turn on a light or run a fan. Sensors in your vehicle detect when the level of fluid is too low, or temperature is too high.

    If the lights on your dashboard come on, there could be a problem with a sensor or switch, or there could be an issue with your car’s cooling system. A Natrad technician can diagnose the problem for you.

  • Do you supply auto switches and sensors made for my car?

    We supply a range of switches and sensors that meet or exceed the standards of original equipment manufacturers of most makes and models available in Australia. If your car needs a replacement part, ask a Natrad technician for the right part.

  • Why do you recommend Tridon sensors and switches?

    We supply sensors and switches manufactured by Australian-owned company Tridon. We trust Tridon’s parts and products because they are made to the highest international standards, and never let us down.

    The types of Tridon sensors and switches we use include:

    • TFS101 – Fan Switch with an M22 x 1.5 thread and operating temperature of 75°C-85°C
    • TFS143 – Fan Switch with an M16 x 1.5 thread and operating temperature of 80°C-75°C
    • TPS063 – Oil Pressure Sensor (Gauge) with a 1/8 gas thread
    • TPS074 – Oil Pressure Switch (Light) with an M10 x 1 thread
    • TTS051 – Water Temperature Sender (Gauge) with an m12 x 1.25 thread
